Booking Enquiry/ Contact Form
When you make an enquiry on our website using either our Booking Enquiry Form, or our Contact Form, we collect the data that you submit in the form, as listed below:

- The IP address from which you submit your enquiry
We collect the information above for the sole purpose of communicating with you in relation to your request. We will communicate with you either by email or telephone.
Booking with us
When you make a booking, we request the following information, which we collect and store in order to prepare the necessary paperwork for your rental, as well as to optimally serve your booking:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone Number
- Passport Number
- Country issuing your Passport
- Passport date of issue
- Passport date of expiry
- TIN
- Nationality
B. Storing your information
All information we collect is stored in databases managed by third parties (our “Software Partners”) who are certified as GDPR-compliant. All information is stored in servers in the European Union.
Our current Software Partners are CANTALOOP.
Use and sharing of your information
Our company will only use your information for the purpose of conducting business with you and will never share your information with any third parties, except if you make a Booking with us, in which case your information will be used as follows:
- We may share your information with the Property Owner of the Villa that you have booked for contractual purposes only (i.e. signing of the lease agreement) in accordance with Greek Law.
- Your information may be disclosed to the relevant Greek Tax Authorities, where lease agreements are submitted subject to Greek Legislation.
- Basic information (Name, Telephone Number, Email) may be disclosed to our trusted Service Providers (car rental companies, travel agencies, yacht chartering companies, aviation companies, etc.) for the purpose of optimum service delivery.
Personal Data Integrity
Our company shall only process personal information in a way that is compatible with and relevant for the purpose for which it was collected or authorized by the individual. To the extent necessary for those purposes our company shall take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is accurate, complete, current and reliable for its intended use.
Security
Our Company ensures the security and availability of the Personal Data by taking proper and adequate technical and organizational measures aimed at protecting Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, in particular where the processing involves the transmission of data over a network, and against all other unlawful forms of processing.
Right to Access / Rectify / Erase your Personal Data
Upon request, and as required by law, you have the right to obtain from us confirmation as to whether or not your Personal Data are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to your Personal Data. Our commitment to children's privacy
Protecting the privacy of children is especially important for us. For that reason, we do not intend to collect or maintain information at our Website from those we know are under 16 years of age, and no part of our Website is structured to attract anyone under 16.
