The villa comprises four bathrooms, two of which are equipped with bathtubs and the other two with showers. 

Outdoors, guests can indulge in the unique design of a private swimming pool, measuring 12.25m * 3m on one side and 6.90m on the other. Adjacent to the pool, there is a jacuzzi spa unit that comfortably accommodates up to six persons. For those seeking relaxation, a built-in seating area is available.
