Nestled in the charming Nissaki of Corfu, the Kedria estate offers a luxurious fusion of two distinct villas, Amylia and Vidal, accommodating a total of 16 guests across 8 bedrooms. 

Villa Vidal, perched on a hillside, affords awe-inspiring panoramic views that sweep from the south to the west, offering glimpses of the Albanian coast. Embraced by lush greenery and the mesmerizing turquoise waters, this villa is a sanctuary. A leisurely stroll through the gently sloping garden, adorned with fragrant rosemary, olive trees, and kumquats, leads to a series of charming pebble beaches. These beaches, equipped with convenient ladders and mooring buoys, invite endless opportunities for swimming and boating, embodying the essence of the enchanting Corfu lifestyle. 

The pool level of Villa Vidal features the reception, kitchen, and dining areas. These elegant spaces showcase magnificent arched balcony doors that seamlessly merge with the poolside ambiance. The kitchen, complete with a central island and filtered drinking water, ensures culinary excellence. Marble flooring exudes timeless sophistication throughout the interior, while the living room and master bedroom are adorned with exquisite oak flooring. 

On the garden level, a small gym and a laundry room accompany three additional bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Meandering through the garden, you'll discover a serene seating area beneath the olive trees, facing west, providing a perfect spot to witness Corfu's renowned sunsets. Named the "ouzo terrace," this picturesque location leads to the beach, where another outdoor terrace awaits with a charming cane-roofed pergola. A stone dining table invites guests to savor al fresco meals for up to eight people. This area also features a refreshing rain shower, a changing room with a WC, and a small kitchenette with a fridge. 

Above Villa Vidal, the second house offers breathtaking views extending from the southern to the western horizons, stretching towards the Albanian coastline and nearby headlands. The vivid jade green and turquoise hues of the sea create an enchanting backdrop. 

Villa Amylia seamlessly blends traditional Corfu style with modern country living. Its spacious living areas seamlessly flow onto covered terraces and an inviting pool. The master bedroom opens onto a lush terrace embraced by Mediterranean foliage. 

Spanning two floors, the property centers around a private courtyard adorned with a loggia overlooking an infinity pool. A magnificent round dining area offers panoramic vistas extending 180 degrees. The main house features a reception/dining area, an elegant room with grand arched balcony doors leading to the pool area, and three luxurious en suite bedrooms. 

The modern kitchen, opening onto the covered terrace, provides stunning views over the pool. Each room is equipped with mosquito netting at the doors, WiFi, central air conditioning, and underfloor heating for ultimate comfort. 

Guests have the option to rent a boat, and during the high season, the estate provides a floating pontoon for convenient drop-offs and pick-ups. Outside, a 10-meter freshwater infinity pool awaits, alongside a gas BBQ, a table tennis table, and various garden lounging areas.
