The Main villa consists of two levels. On the ground floor a spacious living area, a kitchenette, cinema room, an office and two en-suite bedrooms can be found. The first floor, which is also the entrance and the pool area, opens up to a modern living area with a fireplace, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a guest bathroom and two en-suite bedrooms. This is the area where you want to enjoy a warm summer night overlooking the sea. The Guest House villa is build on two levels too. On the ground level a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a guest bathroom are situated. On the first level three en-suite bedrooms can be found. The magnificient estate has extensive landscaped grounds with a verdant garden which creates a very serene and calm atmosphere. Guests will not notice how time passes while relaxing in the blooming garden, admiring the incredible sea views from the numerous outdoor lounge areas or soaking up the Mediterranean sun by the infinity pool.

The estate is located directly on the beach on a hill offering unobstructed and stunning views of the Ionian Sea.
